Management

Keith L. Fite founded Thresher Energy, Inc. in February 2020 and currently serves as its President & CEO. He is responsible of leading all facets of the company including operations, accounting, business development, M&A.

Prior to creating Thresher, Mr. Fite was President and CEO of Taos Resources from July 2016 to January 2021 when he merged Taos Resources and all its subsidiaries into Thresher. 

He was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Future Petroleum, the predecessor company from June 2001 until he sold it in June 2013 to Taos Resources where he remained as Executive Vice President until taking control of the company in July 2016.

Rebeca (Becky) Rojas is 1 of 2 Operations Accountants for Thresher Energy, Inc. and is the Administrative Assistant. Becky has worked at Thresher Energy, Inc. for the past 13 years. She works on Kansas Corporation Commission and Railroad Commission (Forms and Regulations), as well as on the AP, Data Entry, and Customer Service.

Britni Jackson is the Operations Accountant at Thresher Energy, Inc. She has worked with Thresher Energy for the past 2 years. She assists all of the day to day accounting functions which include approving invoices, entering oil and gas revenue, creating and filing reports etc. Britni received her Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University.

Controller

Jan Wiederhold is the Controller at Thresher Energy, Inc. She has over 15 years of experience in the accounting area of the Oil & Gas Industry. She does all of the day to day accounting functions which include paying invoices, distributing oil and gas revenue, creating and filing reports etc. She also prepares the monthly financial statements. Jan received her Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin.
